Hey world!! I guess I should start by introducing myself!! My name is Amy West and I’m an RMT, Yoga Instructor and lover of allll things SWEET!! A couple of years ago covid forced us all into isolation but being high risk brought stricter guidelines and longer isolation times. As covid began to ease, I was soon aware that the world had become a very dark place…. I knew I needed to do something to bring brightness and smiles back into my family and friends faces and what better way to do that than with delicious sweets and treats!! Everything from old childhood favourites to vintage recipes to new delicious fudges and cookies! And so the adventure began… Now I want to bring my colourful sweets and treats to you!!!
